Ordinance Requiring Security Cameras for Businesses within the City of Gluckstadt.

The City of Gluckstadt on December 13, 2022, adopted an ordinance requiring security cameras for businesses within the City of Gluckstadt. Every retail business center shall have (18) months from the effective date of this ordinance to comply with its requirements. Retail business centers that commence operations after the effective date of this ordinance shall comply with the requirements of this ordinance prior to the commencement of operation. Violation of this ordinance is punishable by a fine not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Each day of non-compliance constitutes a separate violation. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days (30) from and after adoption.
