What information do I need when filing a report? When filing a report, you should provide details such as the date, time, and location of the incident, a description of what happened, and any involved parties’ names or contact information.
Can I file a report online? No, at this time filing a report online isn't available.
What happens after I file a report? Once submitted, the police will review the report and may contact you for further information. Depending on the case, an officer or investigator may be assigned to review your report.
Can I park my vehicle on the street overnight? No, the city has adopted an ordinance 2022-13 Zoning Ordinance Section 7. In order to provide for free movement of traffic, no on-street parking shall be permitted on any residential street.
How do I obtain a copy of a police report? A report can be obtained from our Municipal Court after paying a $25.00 fee. Accident reports can be obtained from Municipal Court after paying a $25.00 fee or online at www.ms.gov/dps/crash_reports.

Who do I contact if I have a formal complaint? You can contact the department by calling 769-225-0144 or you can file a formal complaint at the Gluckstadt Police Department located at 140 Gluckstadt Way.
How to find out if I have a warrant with the City of Gluckstadt? Contact the Gluckstadt Municipal Court at 769-567-2888.
I locked my keys in my car. Will the police respond to open my vehicle for me? The Gluckstadt Police Department will respond to vehicle lock-outs only if it is an emergency (if a child or animal is locked in the vehicle).
How do I obtain a copy of Body Worn Camera footage? If you are charged with a crime and a defendant in our court the Body Worn Camera Footage can be obtained as part of the discovery process. The footage can also be obtained to by completing a Public Records Request form through the city clerks office.
