Alderman Jayce E. Powell

Jayce Powell is a Louisiana native, born in New Orleans and raised in Tensas Parish. He moved to Clinton, Mississippi with his family in 1986 and graduated from Clinton High School in 1990.

Jayce is married to Stephanie Powell, a fourth-grade teacher at Highland Elementary School in Ridgeland. They have two children, Marcie Rial and Clayton McDaniel, and one grandchild, Cooper Rial. The family moved to the Ridgefield subdivision in Gluckstadt in 2009 and are members of Pinelake Church (Madison) located in Gluckstadt. 

Jayce works in sales at Got Gear Motorsports in Ridgeland. Outside of his professional and civic responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, skateboarding, cars, and riding motorcycles.
